Good info. The one thing that's true with gig bags is almost all of them you kind of go, "Man if it just had this, it would be perfect" . BTW, GruvGear is pretty cool too.
Interesting you mentioned the Mono mixed experiences, have heard similar for the most recent models. I've gone for the RB for my Tele I'm going to be keeping St the caravan.
I hear Mono's customer service sucks. They refuse to cover failed zippers under warranty saying it's normal wear and tear. Under warranty? Fail! They sound like Sony who refused to cover hundreds of failed PS3 because of dust. II heard about that and when mine failed I swore that mine was in a sealed glass case with hepa filtering. I used to be a QC for the Corps of Engineers and was used to weasels trying to pull the escape clause and pouring through specs and contracts. I left her zero room because I was prepared. I got my unit covered unlike the countless teens who Sony screwed over. Talk about a way to kill customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sounds like some folklore is getting amplified on social media. Call mono for yourself and ask them if their lifetime warranty includes zippers rather than spreading ridiculous rumors. This seems to happen a lot on social media these days 🤦🏼 A friend of mine has one and has had no issues with their customer service.

Late to inform but better than nothing. Congratulation Sir for becoming a grandpapaw.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
What about for dual gig bags? Which one would you choose?
Probably reunion blues because at that point you want something that’s really tough. Theirs is pretty good.
I had a Contego. Rugged!!

I absolutely refuse to use a gig bag... hard shell for my loved ones only... they are way too precious.
You’re wrong.
