I have panic on wall street. It's awesome. It's like a party game for gamers. I just got my most wanted grail game Bruges plus expansions so I can relate to this vid! I also own arabian nights and smersh and even though I love the theme of smersh more, arabian nights just has fantastic writing. It gets so funny which after playing a number of story games, I realize is kind of the point of them. So we always end up pulling out arabian nights over all the other story games unless we want more of a game in which case we opt for burgle bros a good bit.
Hasbro did everyone dirty on HeroScape in my opinion. $250 for everything and they required 8000 backers...and the minis weren't painted! I had the whole set in the early 00's and the initial sets were like $40 and the expansions were like $12. You could find them at any retail store. The Hasbro campaign was just a greedy money grab in my opinion. They could have totally released the updated game retail like they did before. Granted, I don't know all the behind the scenes info, but that whole thing was suspect in my opinion. Also, you mentioned a grail game being something that is out of your budget/price range (cost). Would you consider games pushing $100+ to be in that category? Like, when Frosthaven comes to retail for $250, is that a grail game...cuz ain't now way I can justify spending that much on a game and I couldn't commit to the Kickstarter.
I feel you there, I know plastic is more expensive than it used to be, but they could've done lower price tiers or promoted it more and featured it on channels. I think that's a great defintion. I think current games are worth it more if they actually hold that much content, but I will only go that much for my greatest game of all time and that was with a bunch of expansions (Marvel United)
Techno Bowl may get a reprint this year as hinted by the designer
No way! I’m excited
Congrats on how much your channel has grown!!!
Thanks so much!

The Game Steward website has Lands of Galzyr, but it’s $200 😕
Didn’t know that but 200 is pretty steep. Thanks for the heads up!
