Hi Alex, im one dev of São Paulo. Just to explain, that version (V3) we did not made (only the vehicles and persons), an guy robbed our mod and make this V3. The new version of São Paulo mod still WIP and you can see some videos on my channel

@@samotnaf007 Here in Brazil there are many types of police, each one takes care of one thing, The "Polícia Militar" in general crimes for example theft, aggression, murder, etc. Within the "policia Militar" there are the different units, the normal patrol units, the "força tatica" which is a better equipped and better prepared for direct confrontation, the "ROTA" and the "CHOQUE" are special units as if they were the SWAT. The "Policia civil" also have their specialized units, they take care of investigating crimes, for example. It has the "GATE" which means "Group of actions and special tactics", very similar to ROTA and CHOQUE. The "GCM" which means "Guarda civil metropolitana" takes care of public assets.
