I hadn’t heard of the low FODMAP diet until my gastro recommended it several months ago and I’ve been loving you and Mark’s cooking videos ever since! I’ve been recreating a lot of your recipes and my husband and I absolutely love them all! Thank you for all of the inspiration during this difficult time 💗
You will get through it. I lost interest in cooking for years. Then I went back to basics with spices, fresh herbs, chives, certain veg & white fish & chicken. You can make tasty food. Still feel limited, but at least I can get on with my life without awful symptoms and discomfort. Good luck!!!
So love marrowfat peas!! But rarely buy them as everyone in my family hates them. Great that you got through Christmas without ibs pain. I so missed sprouts this year as I would've had cramps for days after. Great vlog guys xx

I really love your videos, they are very helpful and make me so hungry each time!! So yummy! Sadly, I didn't survive Christmas (I might have caught a bug because I haven't been that sick in a long time though) and this year, once again, I have to cancel my plans for the New year...I don't have many occasion to go out anymore, IBS really isolated me, especially since my "friends" don't want to understand that this is serious handicap and think I'm canceling because I prefer to stay home. I stay home because I have no other choice and it makes me sad but what can you do? Loperamine is not working anymore for me so... Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipes!
Becky, since starting to watch your videos this year I've tried hasselbacks a few times. They never end up looking like yours. They dont fan out and get as soft/crispy as yours. Any tips?
I kinda ate everything I am not supossed to eat and relied on my probiotics which was sooo dumb because they obviously help but only if I eat what makes me feel good.. I’m stupid and my stomach is bloated since Christmas.. need to detox the next two days because otherwise people will think I’m pregnant on NYE😂 but great video, thank you!
Ive realised you dont use alot of basil in your dishes? Do you try to avoid basil or is it just a coincidence ? I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s basil that upsets me :)
Living with ibs and lactose intolerance is very uncomfortable at times. My mum has coeliac and is super sensitive when it comes to cross contamination, but managed a Christmas dinner without any problems.

Ate poorly Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the couch with a thumping headache. Eating well ever since so lesson learned.

Can you tell me how long Mark microwaved those potatoes? It seems alot easier than par boiling.
3-4 minutes on full power! Probably do a little less and they'll still be fine, but will break less x
