So... I've been clicking on ET's motivational videos and just allowing them to play with the volume just low enough for me to still be able hear while im in the office at work! It REALLY keeps me focused through-out the day. But TODAY, this one just so happen to be the one playing and I was like, HOLD ON!!! Wait a minute!!! This brother is so far beyond some motivational speaking! He is flat out preaching!!! We're not at a paid conference anymore! We are in full-on church! Yes indeed! Let's go! Lets get into what the WORD says! You can motivate until you're blue in the face but when you can align it with what the WORD says! Come on ET!!! I have to admit I am more of the Booker T. Washington school of thought. However, over the years I have now come to respect points made in arguments by both men. I have read the Talented Tenth several times. I have read Booker T. Washington's writings more. People will have to get past their feelings in order to apply what both men are saying.
