Wow, just wow. Amazing arrangement of this almost string orchestra piece from JFK. The horn solo in the beginning sounds good on piano to. This piece has so many layers your can feel the sorrow, even guess disturbed prior was about the murder and even some hope that we will raise again. The piece is beautiful with both tonal and atonal parts. It's so strange. I've if my favourite tracks on the JFK soundtrack
Best horn solo ever (to me). Piano can't compete on this one, but really touching the string section on piano (unexpectedly darker). Impressive job, as always. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
On The DVD of JFK …Oliver Stone said that John Williams visited The Set in Dallas of JFK ..And didn’t see any finished film..and wrote the Main Theme of Opening because of John Williams love of JFK.
It's a stunning theme, and not in the least surprising that JW created it sight unseen. He always has a way of getting right to the emotional core, with or without visuals.
@@brettmitchellconductorcan you please do a cover of follow the spiders from Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets with the film and also a cover of meeting aragog and when the spiders attack?
While John Williams took harsh bends between feelings of darkness, hope and death in this piece of music, it seems to be inspired by Samuel Barber's Adagio for strings. Thank you 👌👏
Truly one of the best tracks William has ever written. Bravo!
Agreed, and thank you!
Beautiful. RIP JFK. God Bless America.

Thank you so much, Jerry! So glad you enjoyed this.
One of JW's best cues played and arranged so beautifully by a great interpreter. Outstanding! xxx
You are so kind. Thanks as always for watching!

Thanks so much, Miguel. 🙏
This is a beautiful tribute, love this track. Something about that horn section from 0:37 to 1:12, it’s just haunting.
Thank you so much, Chase. A real honor to put this together in memory of a great man.

There's absolutely a good amount of the Barber Adagio in here, which is almost impossible for an American composer to avoid when composing an elegy!
