54:13- Again, there is another simple solution to that! Elect one member of each gang and one backup to that member to be the mediacy when those situations come up! So if that 1 isn’t on, then the backup can go deal with it!
56:10- I just thought of this and it definitely could be an issue….. And that is those people with multiple characters and in multiple gangs!?! Because if that person has a character that is “on sight” because of that persons careless actions they could avoid being punished for it as long as they want by playing only their other characters!!! Which WILL run into the same problem of “why do I have to follow the rules or be punished when they don’t”?!?
48:49- It also depends on if that gang owns the business!?! Because I get you can’t be bringing a gang war to someone’s business that has nothing to do with the war! But when the gang that started the gang war owns that business and they are the gang that constantly starts the game war/wars then I don’t think they should be allowed to have that “safe zone”!!! And if they don’t like it then maybe they should think about that before intentionally starting a gang war over something stupid!!! And I know everyone would know who that is talking about!!!

But I hope you see this before your next “meeting” because besides the things I already said, a lot of the other issues are pretty easy to take care of! Because at some point the gangs on the short end of that stick because another gang was breaking the rules AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT, that gang WILL eventually say “f**k it” and now you will have 2 rogue gang! And how can you punish the one that is NOW breaking the rules after you did NOTHING to the other gang?!? At that point all you did is you FORCED that 1 gang out for something they didn’t even do!!! So when 1 gang starts to break the rules against ANY OTHER GANG THEY need that warning 1st and after that it should be “on sight” for any of those gang members from ALL OF THE OTHER GANGS!!! And the gangs that are not going like this idea are going to be the obvious ones that don’t like it because that was their plans!!! Anyone that has more because they can get away with more will never like nor agree with losing that extra they were getting!!! But that is the ONLY way you can get rules to work AND for them to be followed! By making NO ONE ABOVE THE RULES!!!
