I hate it when my room is messy. But when my depression gets worse i can't clean it and i hate myself for it
If you have friends or family near you dont feel afraid to ask them for help. Depression is a bitch so its easier if you have people supporting you through though phases and you might even get over them easier or a little faster
Side-note.. WHY DOESN'T MY MALL HAVE AN IKEA!? It takes 45 minutes to get to mine
there’s an ikea like 10 mins from me lol
i don't even have one in my city. the nearest is 2 hours away
the nearest ikea is 6 hours far for me
