Definitely lends some credence to the whole "royalty" thing, though. There was a point not too long ago where most of Europe's reigning monarchs were closely enough related to make the question of which side of the aisle a particular crowned head should sit when attending a royal wedding a genuine puzzler.

So for Christmas, my paternal aunt got my dad and my other paternal aunt DNA tests.
As it turns out, my Dad and one my aunts are half sisters through my grandmother...and then my other aunt is a half sister to my aunt through my grandfather.
And they also found out about other half siblings located all over America.
Moral of the story, yeah DNA tests might not be the greatest gift.
