I wish I could hear this guy talking. The audio is terrible. My sound is jacked up and I barely hear anything. Other YT vid are blasting on my computer but this one is horrible. I wish I could hear what's going on. One of the thumbs down is me. Sorry.
The audio is off from all the videos I watched for the conference that year. What's more jarring is that the mic used for questions is fine. I've no idea why whoever is on the soundboard (or whatever was used to control volume) didn't test it - or, barring that, adjust it at the beginning of the very first talk. That this is conference has been held several years in a row makes it more perplexing (even if the person responsible for the sound was new - or unable to attend). Still, all this said, if you turn your volume up - it's fine. Just remember to turn it down for the q&a and when done with the video... and maybe reconsider that thumbs down - as downvotes are often seen as a reflection of the quality of the content (in this case, the speaker) and not of the production/quality of the video itself. This speaker definitely deserves upvotes.
A nearly 20 minute video of an incredibly niche art medium? Hell yea this is gonna be fun
I thought there would be some program that converts lines to ascii art. Interesting to see that this is actually done by hand.
Easily my best talk by this channel, and what a strange topic but wow!
pretty awesome.
I don't know where to set the color of the signs/letters - all of them are white. Where do I find this in notepad++ or in windows text editor?
Great talk!
really cool stuff
😊👍

same audio problem for me - as shame as it looked quite interesting
