Since Gecko’s ability is when attacking. The card that is played should be on the field and its effect should resolve before bonney’s leader effect can take place. Effects cannot interrupt other effects. Her leader effect would take place after you ko and bottom deck cards.
Close. But the way I explained it in the vid is how it works. When I attack with Moria there are two activations Mine and Bonney’s since on attack always goes before when attacking resolve my effect and place a character on the board. Then the character has an on play but that on play has to wait since it’s activation timing is later than the bonney’s
