I don't really get seizures from it but what I like about this is three things: 1. I've been looking all over youtube to find this thing (for years now I've wanted something like this when a gig or a party is going on), 2. By the time I got to 30 to 40 minutes into it and my eyes are already tired and strained from watching it in the dark for 40 minutes. 3. This white background would be great for my lighting issue which is basically light from the top of my green screen. Other then that, I'm definitely gonna download this video and extended it to 3 hours if I want but faster. =3
