Cloudburst Value weakaura or the amount of mana needed to be spent before you get high tide one

turns out at the absolute tippy top, explosives is not an exclusively healer problem! wish that would filter down like the spec meta does
It is, just not when you have to heal a lot
Where are you getting that from? my boy did over 200 explosives, closest player did 29..
Only in insane healing intensive situations or when there are 5+ orbs it is not a healer only job
