wow, great collection-- and that bathroom from hell, that had to be an "as is" home sale inspection on a mortgage foreclosure? Even five minutes in there with some sort of pressure washer would have made a huge difference. Well, the mouse napping on the toilet doesn't seem to mind the mess...

Two years ago, houses here in VT sold so quickly that it didn’t seem necessary to clean up rooms before photographing for sale or hiring a pro photographer BUT I have never seen anything as bad as that bathroom. Pretty disgusting!
