I have this camera too and I am so upset that spectra film is now discontinued! Would love to see your video showing how it can still take the other types?
The photos turned out awesome I think and I like how in depth you get explaining how you took each shot. It’s a bummer Polaroid just can’t get their shit together in some respects what with film thickness (spectra, 8 instead of 10 shots), chemistry and development time. I know the 70’s are over, but you could shoot with confidence with the film back in the day. Now it’s a crap shoot and an expensive roll of the dice at that, but I’m still hooked regardless. Great video as usual, thanks !!!
Yeah I agree unfortunately the formula can’t be matched anymore due to some chemicals being illegal,I’m just appreciative that there’s still film available today. Thanks for checking out the video, glad you liked it!
Does this camera have a plastic or glass lens?🤔 I am wondering because the pictures are super clear. I know the Sx-70 cameras have glass lens and the quality is sharper than the Polaroids with plastic lenses.

Oh it’s coming! Stay tuned
@@JustAnotherChris Did you happen to make the video? Can’t find it on your channel
@@inkaststudio No he lied i am from the future so no
Those shots turned out pretty cool! The 1 to 1 ratio thing is awesome!
Yeah I was actually surprised that it still worked with the “new” spectra film. Some people have said it would just jam up
oh Chris... I hope you figured out by now that PC sync means Prontor/Compur Sync and not Personal Computer sync
I just discovered your channel and I am obsessed!!! Love the content !!! I am super obsessed with Polaroids too
I knew it! LOL it gave professional vibes when I first saw it. Mainly medical field came to mind.
This camera looks crazy but the pictures are so damn neat!
Agreed!! It’s pretty fun to mess with that’s for sure!

Nice..im your subcriber from penang malaysia.
Glad to have you around!
Is there an easy way to use 600 film with this camera?
Yes and no. You have to have an empty spectra cartridge and then all you have to do is manually load in 600 film
@@JustAnotherChris Ah, was hoping there was a way to modify the chamber to fit 600 film. Reckon it's doable?
Anything is possible. But I’m not the one that has the answer to that unfortunately
@@JustAnotherChris 😢
Dude!
Would love to see a video about you putting 600 or I type in there.
Super interesting!
Thanks man!
It’s on the list

I believe it is a glass lens.
@@JustAnotherChris amazing!!!
Such a cool camera ... I have used spectra, but not in a while ... the camera loos awesome ... too bad it's not native 600!!!
I know!! I wish it was native as well but you can’t shoot it in it.
