Earlier in the convo, she said sometimes they are presented with information that gives ideas of when stuff will get done and sometimes that info changes or there are new developments that push the dates further. She should apply that sort of understanding to the load shedding business, especially after watching Dr Ramokgopa on that "other not nice" Podcast.
