1 cup (240ml) oil (any flavourless oil like sunflower and canola, or virgin olive oil)
½ cup (120ml) chilled milk
½ teaspoon powdered sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
I used all of this for making mayonise at home
and it worked and came out just like market

For mayonnaise,
Take a mixing jar. Add one egg, two garlic pieces, half teaspoon lemon juice and salt.
Then add some oil and mix it then again add some oil and mix it. Continue this process until the mayonnaise becomes thick.

I made mayonise many times at home....u have to make it in blender jar....accept oil mix all the ingredients in jar and mix it....than add little by little oil while churning the mixture....

For the mayonnaise instead of beating it with the electric hand, mixer put it in the mixy and turn the switch to the left and grind and don't add regular oil add sunflower oil only sunflower oil with make it thick
