- Today was my FIRST time at Knotts Berry Farm!
I don't really go to a lot of theme parks but when I do...I LOVE to eat! I'll eat before I ride every time. This was a very cool experience....great for family, friends & food enthusiasts.
Let me know if I missed anything and as always....where should I go next??

The reason the 'Boysenberry' flavor has an almost indistinguishable taste is because it is a 'Man-made' hybrid berry; A Blueberry & a Marionberry.
The boysenberry was developed in the early 1920s by horticulturist Rudolph Boysen of Anaheim, California, who later turned it over to farmer Walter Knott for commercial development and Mass production.
The KNOTTS BERRY FARM Story is very interesting.
Mr. KNOTT actually loaned Walt Disney the money to buy the acreage that Disneyland now sits on.

They used to sell Boysenberry jam in So. Cal stores until recently when they took it off the shelves.

If you go to Knott's again, you've got to go to their restaurant and have the fried chicken and the boysenberry pie. It's the meal they're know for. If it's a hot day, a boysenberry slushy goes down real nice.

Rhubarb pie at Knotts is the best. Also their fried chicken is so good at the knotts restaurant. ❤❤

@@LATRYGUY yes. Now you have to go back and try the chicken. Lol. Mrs. Knotts chicken restaurant has been open since 1934. Homemade biscuits made fresh and huge portions of sides and that chicken is iconic. Hope you hit it up for some content again soon. Definitely goes all the way up like cuzzo says 💯❤❤😀
Definitely gotta go back to their Fried chicken restaurant it’s bomb! It’s called Mrs. Knott’s fried chicken and it’s right outside the entrance so u won’t have to pay to get in the park again

Haven't been to knotts in yrs! I remember going on this ride, that goes straight up! It made me nauseous. I said never again! All in all we had fun!

Mrs. Knott’s chicken dinner is a must. Dip the biscuits in the chicken noodle soup or with boysenberry jam. You’ll eat two baskets minimum.
