The palm beach collection is so nostalgic to me. I played with them soooooo much and many of my friends had them also. I remember sitting my Indonesia variant of palm beach Barbie on the back of my grandma's car and spraying her with the water hose. I still need Midge Stevan and Christie and I'll have the full set. Sadly I no longer have my original doll, and I remember these lost their hair easily back then especially since I had an excessive hair brushing issue lol. Wonderful video as always, *dolly hugs*

I have Barbie and Midge from this set! I put them in Fashion Avenue winter dresses. Barbie's dress is maroon with cream faux fur. Midge's dress is light blue with white faux fur. I liked Skipper as well but didn't get her. The Surf City beach dolls are a nice line as well. ❤

I enjoyed watching your video. I have two Palm Beach Lea dolls and I plan on getting Barbie, Midge, Teresa and Christie in the future. Leslie (or Erin) and Michael very generous people. My other favorite Barbie beach series are Sparkle Beach, Rio de Janeiro and the original 1970s Malibu line.
I like the Rio beach dolls more. Their swimsuits are fabric and the Teen Skipper is a strawberry bkond. I got her and Lea. My only two dolls with these face molds. I also thrifted a Cali Girl Barbie a couple of weeks ago. I like her highlighted blond hair tan skin. I didn’t have a doll like her in my collection.

New Barbies except from collectors edition ,black label are soooo ugly .The hair is rock solid on the bangs and looks bad quality compared to vintage.The face is so not delicate ,noooooooo ,not even as a gift I want new Barbies.
