I had been planning to study psychology for so long and wanted to take up sociology as a minor. But couldn't get psychology in my dream college so I have settled for sociology major and psychology minor. Can you make a video about, how make the best out of a sociology degree. Like what internships we should be looking for, what type of organisations will be interested in having a sociology student as intern or volunteer. What advantages we will have being a sociology student.
heyyyy joelle i am in my last year of highscool (A LEVEL 2) and i AM going to drop computer science to take sociology and my the big problem is there are no teachers for that in my school so i am forced to study it on my own and i want to know if it's possible if i can study alone, im really lost and i really need ur opinion, thank youu
hey Cindy :) that's super brave what you're doing which is amazing! It's totally doable, there are online courses which would be helpful. Google "Online Sociology courses" and there are some good ones like Reed
LMAOOO, I'm in my last wekk or so in high school, and i was contemplating doing computer science i Said nah that stuff looks to hard, lol. So ive been rushing and ended up running into Sociology, but I'm not sure, ill see how this goes, and really need to stop rushing and focus on my general courses lol! but sociology degree might just be good for me so ill let you know how it goes, your comment is from a year a ago, how is it going now??
I'm in the process of completing an online sociology course and there seems to be a lot of maths/algebra involved, is this true of a sociology degree at uni?

I'm on my third year of university sociology and all I was required to take for this degree was up to Pre-Calculus.
