*Yes. Its better to mention age in all the stages for exams.
But again, stage 4 is very important. Alteast try to remember that.

Bone age was determined according to Greulich-Pyle standards.Near-total skeletal maturation was considered when bone age was greater than 16 yr of age for females and 18 yr of age for males
