In my opinion a good pair of earbuds is the perfect tool for gym motivation, I just wear mine and I already want to workout. A good pair of earbuds immerses you into the music like nothing else, it's constant motivation you always upbeat. Don't need to be those over 100 bucks (I own a pair of Trainebuds and I love those). Next I want to get a fitness watch, investing in such way is worth every penny.

Yea all the great ones did not train heavy some did and many did not, and most of the great ones that trained heavy have fukkked shoulders, backs, knees and hips, this is bodybuilding not powerlifting you can build a world class physique with moderate and light weights if you use your brain and learn how to feel and not just grip and rip.
