【Introduction】When Shiyi (Played by Bai Lu), a sweet, low-key but talented voice actress, meets the elegant Zhousheng Chen (Played by Allen Ren), an oversea returnee chemistry professor, at the airport for the first time, they felt a sense of familiarity. In order to save his family's business, Zhou agreed to his mother's terms and proposed to Shiyi, whom he had a crush on. During their time together, they started to fall for each other. Shiyi was always by his side when Zhousheng Chen faced difficult decisions. Later on, in order to save Zhousheng Chen who was framed, Shiyi became injured and fell unconscious. Zhousheng Chen took good care of Shiyi and she finally woke up; promising each other that they would never part ways in this life. For the first time in my life, i paid the VIP package just to watch and finish 54 episodes of a Chinese Mainland series, thanks to Bai Lu. And stlll 54 episodes are still short, especially 30 epi full of sweetness and love. Bai Lu, you're so beautiful and talented and lovely at the same time.
Bailu and allen gained popularity after one and only and forever and ever. Im a bailu fan. Didn’t even know allen ren before. I first saw him in miss crow and mr lizard but he didn’t impress me that much. Hes handsome but not appealing for me. I started to appreciated him after paired with bailu. Hes charm and cuteness came out when he’s with bailu on and off cam. If only hes not married. LOL maybe i can ship them for real, in next life.. 😂

Thank you so much for such a masterpiece in every way. And no one can handle this role like Allen. I can't move on. If there was a kissing scene or sth like that in this drama about a shy professor who spends all his time in the lab, it really wouldn't be so magical like that. The man is ashamed to even hold his wife's hand in public.

roe villa When you are an actor, you can't refuse to shoot such scenes. The acting profession is a profession like any other. If the doctor respects his wife, does that mean he has to refuse to heals other women? I am personally glad that in this series he showed that he will no longer refuse such scenes, because it is unprofessional to refuse, especially in the genre of romantic comedies. By the way, I know actors and they are very special people. They really look at their work exactly as a work process and make a distinction with their real life. Many of them are also married to actresses and understand perfectly well that such scenes are part of the job. I asked them how they perceive it and the answer is "I just don't watch my husband / wife's series when there are such scenes". As the saying goes: "risks of the profession" :)
