Loved this video! My word for 2023, as I kept reflecting on how much I love the yin-yang symbol is "balance". For the past few years, a lot of my energy has been very Yang (masculine, action-oriented). I desire to go more into my Yin (feminine, slowing down) energy this year!
I loved watching the planning process for 2023, and I hope that it all works out how you want it to. You are so organized!!! I too bought The Kind Diet when I went vegan. So many delicious recipes! One of your goals was to drink more water…I drink a lot of water and I use a 40oz hydro flask. Ice stays frozen for a long time, and I find that cold water is so much easier to drink a lot of. Also, snip a tiny bit off of your pastry bag tip and it will be easier to push your frosting down.😊 I look forward to seeing your business flourish in 2023. You also asked for a word for 2023?…mine is determination….in ALL facets of my life.
I’m looking to start a vegan food truck, mainly centered around indulgent Polish dishes: perogies, gnocchi, potato pancakes, sour cream, cabbage rolls, fresh apple sauce. Also, I’ve got some strength and lifting goals for 2023 that will be challenging. As long as I don’t go too hard and injure myself, I should get them.
i’m an obgyn and a professional athlete and i literally was just telling my girlfriend this morning that i can’t imagine a more difficult job than running a bakery!
@@marycanary3871 I respect anyone who can do it. Although...from what you said above, I guess you've also got more than enough experience with, "buns in the oven." lol
@@marycanary3871 lol well I cannot even imagine doing either of the things you do!! Baking is a breeze compared to seeing blood or doing any kind of sport in my book haha

I can only drink sparkling water! I received a sodastream for Christmas from my son in law. I love it!
