People from out of state are offering up to $30,000 over asking prices and house listings don't usually last more than a day. I'm a transplant as well from another state.

If you live in Wyoming ( I do ), you know the tax thing is just a plus. The reason people love it here is we are the least populated state. Life here is free from bs & super peaceful plus the views are AMAZING! You will find though that most of us living here aren't too thrilled at the idea of people moving here. All I know is that kfc’s chickens lived a very sad life and they were all treated like shit from the day they were born up until the seconds before they were butchered.
Also, I do know the Japanese treat their super premium beef stock really nice with music+massages+organic food year round, of course, these meat end up costing consumers hundreds if Not thousands per pound
Jeffree Star is gonna sell his yaks on a premium just like how he’s selling his makeup... if that’s the case, I’m sure he has the money to treat his yaks pretty well, I wanna see his yaks live a happy+fulfilling life and also I wanna see them die with the least amount of pain+horror as possible

I'd love to show you around! Its amazing how different the scenery is throughout the state. Casper, Jackson Hole, the northeast corner and even Laramie (where I live) and our Snowy Range (look up Mirror Lake). So much beauty. And we have some great camping spots. Real campers don't do camp sites haha
