They projected everything onto me, insulted and abused me. Then when I rightfully cut them off, they started calling me an abuser. Yes, my parents have that kind of relationship of codependency and I mirrored it. Luckily through that situation with that ex, I learned to not settle and that I deserve so much more and equal give and take. That one person was enough in the past to really put me down, regardless of people who did love and support me. I'm healing, giving more love to myself, but there's still triggers and wounds when someone is speaking negatively about me. Pile 2: Thank you so much for these kind words. I have been through so much trauma. I had a very negative person in my life, who was an ex sadly. They projected everything onto me, insulted and abused me. Then when I rightfully cut them off, they started calling me an abuser.
Yes, my parents have that kind of relationship of codependency and I mirrored it. Luckily through that situation with that ex, I learned to not settle and that I deserve so much more and equal give and take.
That one person was enough in the past to really put me down, regardless of people who did love and support me. I'm healing, giving more love to myself, but there's still triggers and wounds when someone is speaking negatively about me. My father and my ex were very conditional with love yes, but my father is not narcissistic like my ex, I'm grateful for that at least.

My abusive relationship I now talk w people, tell my story everywhere especially on Matt hussey love club. I get so much love because of it, help alot of people. Pile 2, yes I had that trauma childhood, but even as a young person I knew love wins, and it was something for me to learn to heal and navigate through it emotionally, and keep planting the seeds to the ones that have also endured all sorts of traumas and that is not them, how to heal find your light and shine, yes I am very creative I do mandalas in the individuals energy,
