Then 2, 1
Then 3, 2, 1
Then 4, 3, 2, 1
Etc …
1 down and back
2 squat jumps
3 dribble pull up makes
4 crunches
5 approach jumps
6 scissor pull up makes
7 push ups
8 duck walks
9 Mikan makes
10 skipping rope
11 broad jumps
12 free throw makes
