Nadia I don't know if you are aware but you are using your lemon squeezer wrong. You put cut side in first and you will get more juice. I know it seems strange as you are going against the shape of the lemon Check it out on you tube
Nadia, it is the white membrane of the chilli that is the hotter part of the chilli not the seeds.

As a Mexican who is well versed in chiles, that is absolutely correct! The seeds are just indigestible. Easy way to lessen the heat of a chile, cut it in half, run your knife down the middle scraping the membranes and seeds off. Then dice it up in whatever you want, and it'll be a lot more tolerable for those who are sensitive to spice.

I look forward to trying this recipe, I normally buy weekly recipe boxes from Able & Cole but I do like to cook other dishes too, I tried your mama’s spaghetti which was very easy to cook and it turned out really well I have some of your other recipes saved as I am yet to try them! I started watching your videos in 2018 as I was really struggling with my mental health and your vlogs really helped I can’t thank you enough! I am only just catching up with your vlogs as I have abstained from watching them due to me being targeted! Thanks for all the hard work that you and Mark and your lovely family put into making your vlogs!

I sound like I'm as rough as a bears arse because I am very broad Yorkshire (I'm not rough lol ). If I'm in the company of people that speak nicely I don't speak because I am embarrassed about my accent. I do have a telephone voice that I used when I was working.
