The block (pulley) on the end of the boom I would think would be an "Outhaul" for flattening the main in windy conditions, the line would get cleated off on the cleat (black thing) on top of the boom The line on the back of the main sail should run through the block and back up to the cleat.
The jib sheets should run one either side and around 1/2 way down the boat you should have "Fairleads" basicly fittings with holes in them that they run through, (you have the halyard tied onto one of the fairleads then they one gets cleated off to the "Lee" (side away from the wind) when sailing
The jib is a standard Mirror jib and its a bit over 100% (100% jib is when the back of the jib comes to the mast therefore filling 100% of the space between the forestay and the mast)
The bottom front of the main should run through the block at the mast end of the boom and be cleated off on the front cleat (black thing on top of the boom at the front) on the boom
Nice try at rigging, Mirrors are a bit strange to rig first try, I have 2 and love them :)
