WHAT MAKES PICO ISLAND SO SPECIAL TO ME | Life in the Azores

What makes Pico Island so special to me is it´s majestic volcano. There are many beautiful places on this island but there is nothing quite like being close to Pico mountain. Lying in one of the meadows at its foothills, watching the clouds floating by its slope and listening to the grass whispering in a gentle breeze is truly so special.
