If you're referring to the Drum and Bugle Corps, you may laugh now but when you see them in person, you will be in awe of the precision and talent of the men and women. Also, it is very humbling to see the formality of the ceremony. My son also graduated this day. It was very emotional. Now that I know more of what it took to get to graduation and what our candidates went through, I am one very proud Marine Mom. Kudos to the person who shot this video-it brought back some great memories!

I'm hoping to graduate from Iowa State University and wind up in the same shoes as your son, in which I must say, I thank him and all the others for answering the call to serve. My mother is probably going to cry herself silly that day, and I sure know I'll be tearing up.
I hope to be going through the same process in about three years. And I probably won't laugh during the day, but the lead man with the baton (ringleader? not sure of official name) just looked too flamboyant there... lol.
@ken0is0gay0fan0club Thank you for clarifying. One of my friends who's in college marching band (and whose older brother is a Marine) told me it was a Drum Major but he wasn't sure of what the Drum and Bugle Corps would classify the position as.
@HPG45 Hi Neighbor! Yes! Stay focused and you can do it! Have you been in touch with the Officer Selection Officer that covers your school? You should contact him now so he can help you get on the right track. There are options to attend PLC and OCS during the summer.. The recruiters in the 9th Division are amazing Marines. If you need help contacting them I can help you locate the Captain. Thank you for your kind words! I know exactly how your Mom will feel because I felt the same!

was this the 6 week bulldog course or the 10 week OCC
C company is a 10 week company. But I dont know if its PLC/C or OCC.
