- Intimate documentary on Pastor James McConnell of the Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle, Belfast.
Entitled "The Preacher" it was Broadcast on BBC2 Northern Ireland in 1997 and formed part of a series of documentaries called "Lightworks".
Dear God send us more men like this.
James mc Connell was a very kind and caring man. I love his meeting's every Sunday mornings and night, especially his bible study on Wednesday nights. Rip God bless xx

Pastor we love you we will miss you but we will see you again in Glory be in Gods arms thankyou for your faithfulness to the ministry and Gods mighty word you are a blessing to us all rest in peace till we meet again and I wish I spoke to you more but I was under your leadership and teaching for many years that I miss and will miss even more you have blessed so many people you have been the arm of the Lord in Belfast to the people of Belfast and beyond you will be greatly missed and the Lord needed you with him

The critics of Pastor James McConnell do not understand the Bible and how people are drawn to the gospel of Christ. It a choice. If a person never makes the choice to accept Christ they will go to hell.

We all know that rhe Reformation has triggered the emergence of a lot of errand churches and dodgy pastors. This guy wasn't always right liturgically and was often incorrect in his reading of other faiths, but he was always committed and his intentions always honourable .. keep the comments kind as he was one of the good ones in this life whether or not you shared his particular brand of Christianity

God blessyou man and bless you in jesus christs name always to have and do what a minister must do which is preach to the flock and followers of Christ and when necessary to condemn evil and its tentacles if ever the authorities attempt to silence you may they be punished severely as they now attempt to silence a Christian leader nobody has the right toclaim to be holy or to have authority over jewish and Israelite ancestry especially evil and deceitful people who lie and spread lies god bless you mcconnell
