Bethany Anderson yeah I learned this lesson the hard way, I’ve been heart broken 3 times so far by dating relationship, and I’ve had like 5 friends who just left me, I’m so scared of making friends or being in a relationship that I almost ended one of my friendships because I was scared of abandonment
Rue Sun oh my gosh... I’m so sorry that something like that had to happened to you... stuff like this must take a long time to heal and I hope things get better for you. Nobody should ever be treated like this and you deserve way better. I hate when people abandon other people. I have felt like that before last year, nobody would talk to me or even want to be friends with me except for this popular kid, but her friends switched to our class and she started hanging out with them and barley talking to me, also sitting away from me and had this other girl as her “new friend” who didn’t even interact with her at all or talked to her as much as I did. (which I started to realize later was her replacement for me). It hurts and it damages, I moved away from that school so I got over it. But when people treat others like this it’s just causing damage to people who don’t deserve it especially when it happens to someone multiple times, causing bad trauma and fear of getting left behind again :( you deserve way better, I sure hope things get better for you. @@ihateyt1880 I've made some friends up here, at my local library, but I haven't seen them in a while. Now that I've read this small thread, I'm starting to fear this happening to me as well. Although, to be honest, I'm more afraid of judgement than I am of abandonment.
