Brian Adams I know, these guys are great hunters aren’t they? That long hair dude is a freakin terminator w his bow. I wish I could get myself into position of any deer at all, the way these guys have been. Much less try to film it.

I remember watching this way back when it came out but it’s amazing to hear Zach say that’s the first successful stalk on a deer like that, because of what we know him for now in 2022! Haha super cool to see and have that moment in history documented for him bc he is the spot and stalk king!

  • @downdirty8543

Zack is a wild man! Truly a pro woodsman. His stalking capabilities are so far ahead of the rest that it’s unreal. I absolutely LOVE that he gets so close. No waiting with this guy for the deer to come to him accidentally, Zach makes it happen! Highly impressed! Keep it up Zach, you have my full attention!

  • @mztd912

You guys are true pros. Love how you guys pay attention to every little detail to make sure you have everything in your favor to be able to get to that buck and make that shot happen. It's tough enough trying to find a buck like that on highly pressured public land, but to be able to make that stalk and kill that buck in his bed and get it all on camera was just beyond amazing. I bet not a single celebrity "hunter" can walk into a public area, find a nice buck, and make a stalk to kill a buck. They all hunt over a food plot or private land with no pressure whatsoever and act like they're pros. They got nothing on you guys. You guys are on a whole nother level.

Sometime you watch vids and you are left with nothing but criticisms, sometimes constructive ones. Once in a while you see a video that goes perfectly and I am left with nothing to add. Exactly forty years of bow hunting and, after watching this, I have nothing to add but praise. Fricken well done amigo! That was exciting to watch and a joy to share. The jubilation as you ran back was as good as I could’ve offered. I’ve been there. I know exactly what that feels like and feeling it again is a gift.

Just found this channel and I am now binge watching these episodes. There is so much more detailed information that I picked up by watching you than any other "pro series" hunters (team Realtree). I hunt public land as well (White River Marsh - Berlin, WI), and you have taught me everything that I'm doing WRONG (I'm in a huge hurry to get up in the stand, make too much noise and sweat too much). I 100% support your channel and every little detail you include about your hunting strategy and why it works. Thanks so much. Congratulations on a beautiful mature buck!

Watching re-runs while waiting for your next 2019 tour vid. Guys, I love that you don't add music to the tense moments. The sounds of crickets, leaves, wind, grass etc just makes these so intense! So good! Get your butts back to Nebraska!

Tracking was great I have been there just like many hunters that thought they a good shot but not recover the deer. I was so excited that this hunt came full circle. Congratulations on a fantastic deer not because of the size of the antlers but the whole experience. Even though it was a beautiful buck! Congratz Zach! Beautiful animal! Please don't take this wrong as I do enjoy the treestand hunting primarily because you involve us in the strategy and what you are trying to accomplish. But watching a well thought out and executed ground hunt like this was a thing of beauty to watch and so much more fun. Plus, the skill it takes getting that close, even in a ghillie suit tops watching another treestand video any day of the week. I think that is why I enjoyed this episode so much. Pulling off an old school hunt like this is what sets you guys apart from so many others out there. And I'm really hoping that we're going to see some footage of Greg hunting with the longbow and how that compared to the way he normally hunts and what adjustments he had to make to his hunting style to accomodate the longbow.

You have the best Utube channel of all the dozen hunting shows I watch. Great video, explanations, graphic messages and links.
Please keep up the great work. ❤

Dude, I live in Nebraska and to spot and stalk a whitetail has got to be one of the most challenging hunts ever and to bring a cameraman is double hard especially in open country. Awesome job!

Absolutely stellar! And people freak out when you say you’re trying to get set up within 75-50 yards of a bed. Slow and steady something most people know nothing about. Congrats

It was worth passing up morning nookie to watch the epic ninja stalk and takedown. Congrats Zach! What a brute of a buck to the very end.

Thank you for not dubbing in sound tracks on the majority of your hunts. I love the natural feel, it put's a person right there. When you do add music it's very tasteful. Well done!
