Where are these aircraft coming from and why?? we are not permitted to leave the uk but foreigners are landing at heathrow some 8000 or so daily, makes no sense, these are passenger aircraft not freight !!!
Passenger aircraft carry freight George, belly freight. Essential travel is still permitted which is why some are carrying passengers, but a lot of the commercial aircraft you are seeing are carrying freight, some have even had their interior converted. They have adapted to help carry PPE, perishables, some the vaccine etc
