This song is about japan's ultimate in-game weapon. One was a giant floating mecha head with an attack called, Gods breath. It fired a very large energy beam. It would occasionally say, "where is my body" as a joke.

This song is the one that plays when you're completely annihilating your opponent with a steamroller of an army as the Empire. The Allies and Soviets have their own versions. Check 'em out! :)
All three factions are well-played by different people. That's what makes Red Alert 3 so awesome is that it's so balanced and caters to everyone's needs. No one faction is ultimately superior than another. I've seen all 3 played by professionals and every faction is easily capable of performing well against the other.
@@98kazer I can't say for sure. From what I had seen back in the day, it seemed a little over-balanced, in that all of the factions played kinda samey.
@@98kazer Uprising is broken as hell in favor of the Allies and Empire who got basically superweapons as units while the Soviets got junk, making them even worse. There is a reason it has no multiplayer. They knew it.
I really like this version (shortened) . This song also plays when you are playing empire of the rising sun and you have a X3 threat meter. This is by far one of the most epic pieces of music i have EVER HEARD! already on my Favorite list and a definite 5/5 from me! =)
@@loumorningstar7709 Meanwhile the MiG and Twin-Blade combo made me control the skies quite litterally. Sure. Both arent that durable..but most forget the Twin-Blades have massive Damage output. A few javs or Flaks is nothing compared to their twin Machine guns and rockets. Made even worse that a Heroic Twin-Blade reloads and shoots rockets even quicker than non-heroic ones.

@@loumorningstar7709 Heck, imagine Tengus and Twin-Blades together. They can protect the Twin-Blades and also cut down enemy infantries on top of their Twin-Blades raining death upon them. And their damage is much better suited to dealing with vehicles that the Tengu cant make a dent on as well as Anti-air infantries unlike the VX's abysmal damage when it comes to them. Like I always choose the Empire or Soviets in Challenge mode because of this

I set up a skirmish that I knew I'd win if I steamrolled near the end. Steamrolling is pretty much the only way to hear this song. When the song started playing, I went into options and turned down all the other sound effects to 0 and then started recording it with a program called "FRAPS".
gotta love this song as you build your base and push forward with your forces to slowly crush your enemy. Taking away enemies space to breath, as your army being reinforced by defense towers.

This game was released 15 years ago. If Red Alert 2 had its levels of crazy and wacky dialled to 11, this one had its own dialled to 114. It was made in simpler times. Better times.

@masatje I thought that "Mikado" just meant emperor. And I think that "Shino" is actually two seperate words; "Shi", the noun 'death' and 'no', the particle. Which doesn't really make sense, until you take into account the missing word, which is "tsukai". Which, unfortunately, can mean alot of different things.
Watch Battlecast Primetime from this last Friday. The "main event" was from two of the best hardcore players. It was Allies vs. Empire, and even though the Empire used ground-based units, the Empire won.

Unfortunately that makes it hard to get it any louder or better quality. That doesn't mean I won't try at some point though. If it works I'll keep you informed.
@SilentStalkerX Well, my point was it plays when your Threat Meter is really high as a result of you dealing catastrophic damage to your enemy. And the best way to go about doing that is to build one really large army (as opposed to constantly spamming your enemy with smaller armies).

Funny, I always thought it was designed to be the other way around. I mean, a Striker VX is a super useful SA unit, and it transforms into the Chopper VX, which is a useful AS unit. Just as an example. The Empire's forces always seemed to be more versatile. Not to mention, the Empire's building system doesn't limit them to only one structure at a time, and isn't limited by a building radius at all whatsoever.
a jack of all trades is a master of none though. empire doesnt have any good anti air units. you have to rely on all round units to kill air wich is a big weakness.

I came to a similar conclusion, but I thought it was "Miyo Mikado no shi no" which would be either, "Behold the Emperor of Death" as you said or "Behold the Emperor's Messenger of Death".
Well, I just tried to make a logical conclusion miyo = 'look there' or in this case 'behold' mikado = I think it has to do with the inaugrigation of the Emperor, but I am not sure no = 'of' or 'from' shino = 'death' or something along those lines. But I have also heard of the line: the Emperor's messenger of death. Perhaps then mikado is a term for the Emperor's messenger or aid.
I played with google translator and made this : 見よ!ミカドの死の。Translation to english is : Behold The death of Mikado. (mikado means emperor). And hey, I know it's wrong, but it was fun...
@Stammer6 You are right here, the only major mistake in Red Alert 3 is that they changed unit aspect, and replaced some units, Prism tank was replaced... not good because many players liked that tank, Also as i said, if they saved all the units from RA2 and moved to RA3, that was great because the game was a great succes, many units look like toys and thats not good for RA3. I like new changes when they added new country.

@Stammer6 You are right here, the only major mistake in Red Alert 3 is that they changed unit aspect, and replaced some units, Prism tank was replaced... not good because many players liked that tank, Also as i said, if they saved all the units from RA2 and moved to RA3, that was great because the game was a great succes, many units look like toys and thats not good for RA3. I like new changes when they added new country.
