    I would love to play a Jujutsu Kaisen campaign that takes place in another country. The JJK canon says other countries have weaker sorcerers and curses because of Plot and Lore, but why not have a surge in cursed energy because of a BBEG? Plus, imagine creating techniques that can evolve over time. The potential for creating domains

    For domain expension i want everyone to remember this fact , your personilaty abd physiology actually matter , meaning don't limit yourself to just elemental power , for exemple a minotaur who seek only battle , you have to fight anything or get your cursed energy slowong drain.

    might have already been said but (spoilers for much later in the manga) domains haven't always been this sure-hit sure-kill style that we see in the current world of jjk. they are, at their basest level, exactly what they say. a domain expansion transports your innate domain into the physical world. we see domains that are literally a court case, a sumo ring for training others, or hakari's idle death gamble, which is exclusively used to buff himself. they're an extremely diverse mechanic that I feel fits the fantastical nature of dnd to a T

      hakaris domain is perfect for dnd it could literally be like if you roll nat 20 you are invincible for 4 turns or something
      and deathly sentencing would be real interesting if you use it on a villain and the player actually knows law, you could give the villain a death penalty or confiscate his spells

      This also opens the bag of worm of Simple Domains too, since that’s a staple of the New Shadow Style and also the best defense against Domain Expansions since most anyone can learn how to utilize a simple domain and force an - albeit small - domain clash, negating effects and the sure hit policy! You could create a character like Ui Ui who’s whole deal is just weakening, nullifying or full on negating domain expansions, like a Mage Slayer build that focuses on stopping casters

    I homebrewed a class for my own game that was inspired by JJK. The 20th level feature was a different domain expansion for the applicable subclasses. I really enjoyed your take on the ideas and mechanics

      @@GHOSTTIEF I did not include simple domains or domain amplification. I have the class (I called it Shaman) set up as a full caster, so I tried to provide them with some utility. I should also mention that I am entirely in my own homebrew now, I've been writing it for 6 years. Classes, Races, Worldbuilding, etc. is all my custom stuff at this point. The Shaman is a full caster and covers things like Domain Expansion and the more "magical" cursed techniques. I'm in the process of writing a class that will be more like a half or third caster class that will be for the more "martial" cursed techniques. I'm planning on including Simple Domains and Domain Amplification in that class.

      @@avalon1007in my eyes, simple domains should be a feat since it’s a learnable technique. I think it’s should have a prerequisite of having a certain amount of levels in your “Shaman” class

      @@Tyrantlizardking105 Thank you for the suggestion! I will keep it in mind as I work on the new class. I have some other feats that have similar pre-requisites, so it wouldn't be out of place. I will likely make the decision based on whether or not I need more features for the new class.

    I love JJK and the concept of a domain. It always felt something base monks should've thematically had given the old Buddhist monk concept meditating and channeling their inner self to create a personal domain where they are in control of everything

    I really love this idea, especially as a creature laying out its own lair if caught out of its element or enhancing a lair it's already in! As a DM who is using a few JJK ideas in a current campaign this is very inspiring indeed :)
    The only thing I would say is that instead of using spell slots to interact with a domain, I would substitute that for Hit Dice instead - that way the martials dont get left in the dust and it still accurately simulates strain when fighting against a domain. You could even have the Hit Dice used deal damage to the user as they push to escape or nullify a domain. Plus it also progresses in power as you always get more hit dice to use as you go up in levels.
    But otherwise this is great content, keep up the good work! :)

    This is bloody amazing, I love the idea of expansions and the closest I personally got to something like this is akin to warlocks final ability were they place a target momentarily in another plain of existence before filling them out. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see your future content.

    I played with a player that made a Domain Expansion in another system, "Celeste Inferno" is the name of the Domain, basicaly, it heals allies or damage enemys, a mix of heaven and hell, perfect for a character that is half angel half devil.

      @@TheUglyGoblin well i havent prepared a formal document to share for it, since im still fine tuning the mechanics. one thing i will say is that i like that we have one key similarity, i also had being below half health as a rule for activation! and i will absolutely be using your lair action initiative system going forward!
      My mechanics are a bit more complicated, since i had it designed as like a system for the players to train and utilize over the course of the campaign, like i have tiers for mastery and a system for advancing it. i decided to use the inspiration dice, basically a character below half health can expend an inspiration die to perform a DC 10 "inspiration check" advancing their technique on a success, and receiving an RP opportunity or a non-permanent boon on failure (its inspired by fabula ultima, which has a system that allows a player to expend a fabula die to make a plot beat happen)
      domain battles are essentially contested concentration checks each round (that will now be set to lair action initiative thanks to you) like death saves, with buffs and penalties based on each participants level of mastery. I'm also toying with the idea of treating warlocks, clerics, and paladins similarly to yujis battle with mahito, wherein if a domain touches them the patron or deity retaliates. i originally had players receive a stat buff inside heir own domain, like sorcerers do in jjk, but after watching your video i think its more elegant to just give them lair actions
      i also tried to tackle the idea of technique burnout after use. atm ive got it tied to the class or subclass of the player, locking them out of magic and/or certain class abilities for 1 minute after a domain expansion, as well as a level of exhaustion. the burnout is hard to balance and essentially has to be balanced to each players class/subclass, so not nearly as universal as yours, but my players havent gotten quite far enough to play-test that.
      for enemies i have it largely limited to home-brewed enemies that function as setting specific antagonists. i have the system baked diagetically into my setting as well. the enemies are mostly deities, who possess "divine domains" that allow them to overwrite the world around them with their divine authority. And domain expansion is essentially a technique that allows mortals to, through intense training, mimic that divine power by forcibly expanding the domain of their mind.
      thank you for reading my abridged (yet still pretty long) version, I hope it reads okay, i think faster than i type. I'll make a note and maybe once i have an organized and ideally play-tested design ironed out i'll send it to you if you like.
      oh, and lemme just say that i love how universally applicable yours is. I think its genuinely awesome that youve made something that can just be added to campaign with ease and i hope plenty of DMs get use out of your system! mine is very much tailored for my personal needs and even a "universal" version would required extra work from a DM that wanted to use it

    You gotta hurry and make stands man,
    I know itd be an item but this was pretty creative and id like to see what you come up with. This is probably better left as a cool feature for dm's to hand out and make with their players or somthing for big boss battles then something built into classes. I will say, a concentration check is easier then a strength check, since some classes have either features to give advantage in them or get to add proficiency bonuses to the roll, and breaking into the domain should be easier then breaking out.

      @@TheUglyGoblin We have a lot of similar approaches, like looking to lair actions for inspiration.
      I took the basic principles from the show: caster creates the domain, imbues it with techniques. Domains also have a sure-hit factor (saves function as normally), and are difficult to escape from. Then I kept it highly customizable and individualized.
      For the techniques, I used spells. For example, there was a coven of hags who had a domain that would use the coven spell list and cast something as a lair action. Anything with a spell attack, it would auto-hit the target like magic missile. Another one I had in mind was for a blood sorcerer (Kobold Press subclass) npc. A feature of his domain would be a blood fountain, and instead of targeting the players with attacks, it would target the npc with defensive abilities (all from Kobold Press), and on a lair action it could generate a blood elemental (again, KP) but could only have one summoned at a time.
      Then I toyed with the idea of open domains (Sukuna). There is a max level monk npc in my game whose domain is one part sukuna, one part Chairman Netero (HxH). It designates a 10x10 grid on the map and dvidies 100 hits across them so that each turn, each space is hit with a melee attack dealing 1d10+5 force damage (so, a max level monk punch). If you are a medium creature and only occupied one space, you took 1d10+5 force per turn. If you are large, occupying 4 spaces, you'd take 4d10+20 force damage per turn. He can also reduce it by factors and sort of combine the damage. For example, if he instead targets a 5x5 grid, that's 100 hits across 25 spaces, so a medium creature would instead take 4d10+20 force damage and a large creature would take 16d10+80 force damage. Since it is open, anyone could leave, and to balance out the damage on the monk's end, it takes his full turn to continue the damage.
      Similar, a night hag has an open domain that has a sort of spell countdown she has to spend her turn continuing. First turn his targets with the 5th level spell Confusion, then they save against the 4th level spell Blight, then 3rd level Vampiric Touch, 2nd level Blindness/Deafness, 1st level Inflict Wounds, then the cantrip Toll the Dead. Naturally, a night hag against a mid level party will not survive long enough to go through the cycle, so she'd have minions immune to her own effects, or resistant. I had considered making golems/constructs immune to domains, based on some things in the manga.
      Also, casting a domain is tiring. After using it, you take a level of exhaustion. If you use it again, you take two more (a total of three). You can defend against a domain for one round, negating its effects with the Shield spell, and you can destroy it with a Dispel Magic (DC 20), and maybe get a level of exhaustion if you succeed, haven't decided. Other that, I haven't imagined many counters. For the most part though, I've basically designed portable Lairs haha

    I think a super cool thing to add would be black flash, a strong move that’s really hard to go for and then gives you a buff for the rest of the fight. Maybe something that costs a key point or spell slot while still needing essentially a crit to work. May not be worth doing but is an idea

      Super new to dnd so don’t know really how difficult things like this are to implement, but I think the buff black flash gives is awesome. Obviously it’s easier in a narrative where you can just decide if the characters lands it or not. Very cool any suggestion of mine gets even noticed though lol. Great video as well

    Counterpoint since domain expansions aren’t exclusive to cursed give each character class a domain expansion at lvl 3 as part of their archetype, 1 per long rest with a specific timer and it has a health pool once activated each class will have unique benefits associated with it rogues for example have a relatively squishy domain expansion BUT can now use their rogueish cunning as a free action instead of a bonus action, where as a sorcerer gets a beefier domain expansion (as magic is their specialty,) and can use meta magic without spending sorcerer points, this doesn’t feel too broken from the players perspective and even gives a little room to scale with their level (the domain gains extra HP at certain level thresholds and each domain gets a capstone bonus based on the class archetype at lvl 20) this makes it an ace in the hole type of ability that while extremely powerful can only really be used once during any given encounter and while it will certainly wipe the easier encounters, using it against something like a legendary monster requires a little more though (don’t want to burn it in the early parts of the fight just for them to use their legendary resistance to counter it) and in the case that the player uses their expansion while an enemy is also using their’s could force some kind of contested roll

    Im trying to build a full Jujutsu Kaisen DnD taking place in the 1980s.     I can imagine so much with the idea of having a domain because imagine some unassuming npc you meet uses their domain to help the pc in combat. So much story elements are immediately revealed about said npc in the fact that they have their own domain, were strong at one point in their life, and probably lost a lot of people.
    The possibilities are endless!!!

    number 2 isn't always a sure to hit process. There are domain's that mainly create a benefit for the caster. Like Hakari or the wrestling man.

      Mmmm that's totally fair! I haven't read past the anime yet so haven't discovered those :P but assumed it was that "your technique" basically always works :P ?
      But I suppose saying something always hits is just easier in this case, since enemies typically only want to hit, and occassionally do other things.
      But love the idea of a cleric's domain being a fraction of their deities domain and so things like maybe healing does a maximum amount or something

      ​@@TheUglyGoblin domains can be and do anything, within the parameters of what they are. Every living thing has an "innate domain" which is like its true self or inner reality; a Cursed Technique is like a manifestation of that brought into the material world by Cursed Energy. A Domain Expansion is literally projecting your inner world onto the real world, and the most easy or intuitive way for almost anyone is in the form of a bubble. Inside of that, you automatically enforce some aspect of your inner reality on those inside.
      They are basically exactly like Territories in Yu Yu Hakusho lol

The black flash is a technique that cannot be preformed on command I don't remember the exact numbers but the way the attack works is when the user uses cursed energy for a physical attack and the technique itself is a distortion in space and in one millionth of a second cursed energy flashes black and extremely enhances the power of the users strike and permanently increases the user's knowledge about cursed energy and techniques allowing them to use cursed energy more efficiently and having a better understanding of it. Users that have proficient use of the black flash technique are said to be blessed by the sparks of black aka they are broken. Not sure how it would be implemented but it would be a great addition

So think of a character that can't use any magic at all but has cracked out physical stats

    I know it would be too op, or at least I think it would be, but it would be neat if instead of restraining, Mahito domain would cast Polymorph or something on enemies it touches to mimic Idle Transfiguration, like I said, probably way too strong but just a hypothetical idea. I'm probably not the only person who typed that here either

    Might save this for my BBEG, I'm running an Urban Fantasy campaign. The final villain is one of my previous PCs who got taken into another universe. (I missed the campaign finale cause I had sports at the time lol, so he legit was just _gone_ ).
    So now he's trying to get home by causing a multiversal rift that'll destroy the world. I imagined the party fighting him in a nebula/space once he's ascended. It'll probably be his "domain expansion" of sorts

    Thanks for having a template for how the domains rules would work. I created a domain using magic and a magic stone that can absorb magic and project it out into a domain. The drawbacks are it takes six days to charge, and if I go over or under its cruise of the domain. And considering it’s also domain made out of magic, it doesn’t have a sure hit affect. Instead it boosts my cantrips to become extremely strong.

    Just imagine a lore accurate "limitless void" every creature is stunned also you take psychic dmg every turn, from processing a limitless amount of junk information.
    IF you get out of the domain, you can make an int save to stop the stunned condition.

    Hey, Goblin! One thing about Domains is that they power up the users skills since they match their jujutsu. So they always hit and hit harder. That could be way too powerful depending on how much powerful you make it, but I'm not sure.
    But making a theme to the skills the character can use in the domain could be nice. Or just flavor the spells, like "hold person" being a freeze spell for an Ice Giant. A Necromancer summoning creatures would have them instantly attack and hit the same turn they appear. Stuff like that.

Actually for my homebrewed World of Darkness table (another TTRPG system) I used something alike before the anime released, so now my friends want me to DM some JJK and now I'm thinking about it more. Never considered D&D for that, but you made it look interesting!

      But I have been liking how much people have reworked and adapted 5e to homebrew some stuff. It seems pretty flexible and fun!

    Ok I think that we can all agree that domain expansions are the coolest ultimate move there is. You literally summon yourself to the person and they can’t run away, you can’t miss, and some of them have special things like unlimited void which can literally preform unlimited lobotomies

      And you can change the rules of the domain by giving something up like how sukuna and kenjaku give up the barrier making it easy for the opponent to escape but they get to expand a barrier less domain with longer range

    hihi, so something that i think you might've forgotten is that "simple domains" and the "hollow wicker basket" can be used as anti domain cursed technique to stop the guaranteed hit of a domain as a counter ability effectively aswell as "domain amplification" where you like "wear" a domain on yourself to stop the guaranteed hit of a domain
    I think incorporating these as a reaction could be a really good way to make domains less busted

    Also since sukuna has made a binding vow his domain doesnt have the sure hit effect like other domains and is super effective in battling domain clashes. Simple domains protect users from the sure hit affect of domains as well

    I actually thought about a “Curse technique Monk” that could land black flashes that acts like a crit, but multiplies the damage by 2.5(since multiplying the damage by itself would be too busted). The BF works like a wild magic surge, but the chances increase by a certain amount depending on how many ki points you’ve used in a fight.

      @@josephkovarna1959 Maybe when a BF lands, you multiply your damage dice by 2.5 and round up(if need be)
      To get a BF, there’s a couple ways you can do it:
      1. If you’re rolling with advantage for a melee attack, and the two d20s have the same number(except for two nat 1s) a Black Flash is landed, even if the numbers numerically don’t hit the target’s AC. This is around a 1/400 chance.
      2. Roll a d100 after you successfully hit a creature while using a ki point(flurry of blows, stunning strike, various monk subclass abilities) if you roll a 99, you land a Black Flash
      Very much still a work in progress, but it’s something

      Maybe roll a d20 and add their Domain DC to the total: higher roll wins. That way, it's a contest of overall ability and refinement of the domain, as well as that d20 random goodness. But also, if someone is sufficiently stronger, they will not be overwhelmed by someone imminently weaker.

      I like the idea of it being a tug of war too. Like you need to get like 3 success before the other one. Kinda like playing rock paper sissors for a few rounds xD add to the tension

    I would like to see you try your best to implement JJBA's stand system. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is an all time favourite of mine and my friends. I suspect doing this sort of thing though is very difficult, with the wide variety of stands and all of their nuances.
    I'd be stoked if you did this, but you should make the content you can. Keep up the good work you do. Im always excited to see an ugly goblin appear on my feed whenever it does.

    This video immediately made me start thinking about curse techniques in D&D too. Just imagining someone with Sukuna's CT "accidentally" cleaving a teammate😂 Would love to see how you would implement them into D&D without making them broken maybe just add some progression based system to it with a Cursed Energy meter that players take track of?

    Love the idea and came up with ways to include concepts of JJK into some of my games. (I'm running a Parade of a hundred demons)
    I do find it a shame that you limit the cool parts of this to casters, if anything half the JJK's cast are monks, so Ki alternatives to spell slots should also be present !

I think you should also make it so some domains can push people out of them, like Mahito did to itadori.

    I made a multi set up domain expansion as my spores Druid. Using a combination of plant growth, conjur woodland beings (summon 8 cr 1/4th) and using the crown of spores.

      Oh yeah xD that is a rad idea xD had something similar happen to one of my players once xD a surge of wild magic gave him a small sentient growth xD
      He later released this growth into a Spelljammer with artifical intelligence and he became his own person.
      Their ship is now called "Me-two"

    Honestly this was a cool video, and really helps me figure out a cool gimmick for a particular set of potential bosses in my campaign! In my campaign's world, the land of the fey have 4 Courts themed after the seasons, so this could work for them, having them make a domain based on their respective seasons!

    I've actually been working on a homebrew system to run a little mini campaign with my friends themed around JJK's power system. We've done this before with shows and properties we really like, like Naruto, and JoJo for example. I've hit a few road blocks I'm still ironing out with the system I've been whipping up, since every character introduced needs a unique power and gimmick (par the course like our other campaigns of this nature). But it also means I'll need mechanics for Domains. Something I'm both excited and nervous to approach. One of the big saving graces is, technically in essence, they are really simple. Sort of. I've been typing this comment before I watch more than like 3 minutes of the video, so I'm really excited to see some of the flair proposed here and if it works for what I myself have been fooling with. I will 100% update this comment in the next 20 minutes.
    OK, so I think some of the example ideas really helped grease my creative wheels again. Considering domains are for the most part, a rarity, and I'm not expecting more than 2 of my players to unlock one over the course of the campaign, that also helps me remember that I don't have to go over board with actual domain effects. I think the part that's been halting me the most with brewing this system is that so far I've kept it secret from my players, and I am also the DM for our current normal sessions too. Feedback, and engaging in the back and forth discussion of player expectation and rule discussion is usually where I've made most of my progress in the past. I've simply not had those moments yet. Back to mentioning the video, I love the idea of echoing lair actions, and Domain DC's, and I think I'll be doing something very similar where I find it appropriate. Since I'm doing something MUCH more homebrew than simply adding domains, most of them are likely going to need to be bigger than 30ft, since the characters are likely going to be moving much faster. This video helped ground me again in my creative process, thanks Goblin 👍

      @TheUglyGoblin a different system. I found 5e was getting a bit bogged down with the hombrew I was having to use so I just switched to the tool box system. But your way works actually really well if you wish to have a enemy just use a domain. Just once I got into cursed abilities and making cursed items and over all the fact I was gonna have to basically make the system ground up I just switched to gurps 4e. But for just running a 5e game and wanting a enemy to have a domain your method is very good

    I would half the strength dc to break in. It’s been stated several times in the manga that domain barriers are weaker to attacks from the outside. Apart from that it would like a solid idea, now I have to find a way to make it work in 3.5, because I don’t believe lair actions exist in that edition.

    in my campaign i have a necromancer with abilities heavily inspired by domain expansion: He needs to do a ritual dance and it creates a barrier within which he can do funny things i think making it guaranteed hit would be a bit broken tho

    Manga spoilers in this comment:
    Another really interesting thing that can be added would be a mechanic that once a domain collapses, all your spell slots are gone, even if your domain was up for only a single turn. This would be instead of costing HP to cast the domain.
    This is friendly with JJK lore too, because after using a domain expansion, your cursed technique is “overheated” and most sorcerers/curses would need a day to recover it unless you land a black flash, or you’re as overpowered as Gojo Satoru (ultra high level characters) and use reversed cursed technique to heal the part of the brain that is overloaded.
    One more thing is that not all attacks get the sure hit effect; the player would need to choose a spell category (either an element, or some other kind of spell group) that will have a guaranteed hit effect while other spells will work like normal.
    This would make it more balanced.
    Also ways to defend yourself from a domain expansion in canon are:
    Deploying a domain of your own, which would nullify the guaranteed hit effect of the domain. At this point, both domain expansion casters would need to roll a wisdom throw against the other person’s domain, if there is a large difference, the stronger domain will complete destroy the other domain and the winner gets to use the guaranteed hit effect.
    Second way is to use a simple domain. A basic domain that covers a smaller distance that reduces the potency of the domain you’re up against, so the guaranteed hit effect isn’t guaranteed, but you’ll need to make a wisdom saving throw against the domain’s DC and if you passed, you’ll need a regular saving throw with advantage (since a simple domain allows you to react faster).
    3rd way is hollow wicker basket; an ancient anti domain technique that requires you to put your hands in a hand sign and completely saves you from the sure hit effect, but it’s much harder to counterattack while your hands are busy, so all your attacks are at a disadvantage.
    4th way is a secret technique that is a closely guarded secret between the 3 great clans called Falling Blossom Emotions, and it works by creating an automatic burst of cursed energy at the instant an attack lands, which minimises the damage of a hostile domain.
    Also, not all domain expansions have a guaranteed hit effect, some domains aren’t even offensive in nature, but create an advantage of some sort for the caster. Hakari’s domain for example isnt offensive, but if he manages to hit a jackpot, he is nearly invincible for 4 minutes and 11 seconds.

    For some reason after watching this i couldn't help but think of the crazy things that would happen if other animes had Domain Expansion and in my head 2 anime stood out the most. Bleach and HunterxHunter. Having Domain Expansions in those two anime would be nuts if you consider the possibilities. I'm honestly not sure myself what the potential for HunterxHunter would reach with its complex power system but with Bleach i would imagine you being taken into an area similar to what they see in their souls as they commune with their blades like Ichigos upside down city. The crazy part is all those trapped inside wouldn't just be facing the Soul Reaper but their blades truest form but the bad part this happening in Bleach is if your Zanpakto dies and you could face a Soul Break which makes Domains still a last resort option and not something to constantly use.

      @@TheUglyGoblin I feel like going back and watching Bleach would be weird for me especially since when I originally watched it I had no idea filler episodes were a thing but the show is great especially the Arrancar Arc and latest Arc that just came out a little while ago. When watching the show you'll see Soul Reapers eventually use their Bankai and entering their inner world/soul and that's what I'm comparing to a Domain Expansion. Unlike a curse it's actually bound directly to their Soul so I added the Soul Break so it my personal opinion only someone of Captain rank should even attempt to use it. Maybe someone weak could use it as an example if it was legit to express the risks. I called it Soul Break but I think their actually is something called Soul Suicide

    One thing you forgot to mention is that a person's personality (called innate domain, look it up if confused) can effect the (most of the time appearance of) a person's domain this doesn't mean much if an enemy uses DE but it can matter if a player using DE is someone you know, though it can be kind of complicated

      The domain expansion is *literally* expanding your own innate domain (the essence of your self)
      A cursed technique and a domain expansion are entirely dependent upon the individual's makeup, both psychologically and physically (which is why some of them are heritable along family lines)

    Some thoughts on converting this to PF2e. HP rules are fine, should take 3 actions to create their domain. Auto hit/fails should be one degree of success better/worse. Domain should be a magical hazard acting on its own initiative. DC should be creators Spell DC or Class DC whichever is higher. Simple Domain should be a stance that requires you be holding a melee weapon which renders you immune to the effects of the domain and reduces your speeds to 0

    I'm planning to use a different version of this, no automatic hits or save fails, just the trapping aspect and stronger/multiple lair actions, but I'm trying to create a way where players can use a weakened version of it as well

    I’m not too familiar with D&D terminology so idk how powerful a 3rd level spell is, but I hope it really reflects how difficult it is as it is in the anime. Megumi was practically incapacitated after opening a hole in Dagons domain in Shibuya, idk if taking away a 3rd spell is a big deal like that, and what about domain clashes? Like when Gojo humbles Jogo

      Yeah so a 5th level player has like 1, 3rd level spell (like a fireball). And since Megumi is like a 1st year student, even though he is a genius, in my head he could be no higher than a 5th level character.
      Maaaybe a little higher but even then I figured he maybe only has one other 3rd level spell. So he was under serious pressure.
      Not only that, he couldn't move either. Though I feel like if he was seriously pushed he could Maaaybe have like flung a knife or something (had an action). But he had to burn through that high-ish level spell each round.
      On top of all of that too he went and had an epic fight with Goji right after that? (Hope I got his name right)
      I also answered the domain clashes a couple of times so I'll leave you go hunt in the comments for those answers but~ I haven't put them in here yet as there is currently no need since I haven't YET ;3 made rules for players making their own domains.
      But do have ideas in the back burner which I explained in a couple of other comments

    Cool ideas, maybe add some stuff like martials getting access to simple domain (we don't want to give spellcasters yet more advantages over martials) as a way of protecting themselves from a DE. (Also if you can punch your way in why can't you punch your way out?)
    Would also recommend getting rid of the cost for trying to break out of a domain outside of the action cost. Kinda feels like you're just burning resources for the sake of it.
    Also also how would domain clashes work? I'm thinking you keep it simple and just say CR / level of the higher creature wins the clash with equal CR / Level creatures cancelling each others domains out (with the HP cost)

      Mmm it's tricky trying to balance dnd rules and what is balanced with the very unbalnced world of JJK where power levels get pretty crazy, and certain thins are made to feel very unwinnable :P
