For anyone to think Fury won 5 of the first 6 round is ludicrous. Usyk won 1,2 and probably 3. He then won every round after round 7 including a knockdown. From 4-6 Fury had this fight in the bag and should have stopped Usyk but in all honesty the pace Usyk set was just too much for Fury to gamble on trying to get him out of there. Don't get me wrong Fury show absolute quality during those middle rounds and frankly I was blown away but some of the stuff he was doing, but Usyk mentality is unbelievable. His feints no longer confuse opponents like they used to (even Ngannou wasn't bothered), and his defensive awareness is nowhere near the level of Klitchko-2016 fight or Wilder-2018 fight. Some fighters don't make good losers, especially when they've little to no experience of it. Pacquiao comes to mind. It is a shame though. Joshua had his moments too, throwing belts and such. It is often a champion's moniker. Well, two champions have now fallen to the new king. If Wilder hadn't fallen off a cliff, it would've been nice for Usyk to collect all three scalps, but at this point, there seems no point. So its either one more ridiculous payday for Usyk, or ride off into the sunset having achieved his career goal. He earned it.

Hearn's version of Fury 'controlling the fight' obviously accepts all the measuring he was doing to blind Usyk with his gloves, which is illegal. Fury low blows also went unpunished. He found his rhythm by the middle rounds but it all went out the window in the 9th. Usyk's work in the clinches was outstanding and he had the answers to everything. The best man won.

It was a standing 8 count. Ref gave all the time to Usyk to finish fury.
You cant hit a man from overhead while they're on the way down.

Round 10 Usyk (hard round for Usyk)
    Round 11 Split
    Round 12 Usyk
    Final results:
    Fury - 4 Confident rounds
Usyk - 4 confident rounds +2 rounds that were slightly towards Usyks side
Split rounds - 2 rounds that could go both ways
RESULT: Usyk Won in a close fight or it could have been a draw at very least. Tyson didn't do enough to win, but draw would have been okay.

Usyk definitely took the first 2 rounds. Fury then took control until Usyk splattered his nose in the 8th. Then the 9th, Bambi was all over the place giving Usyk a 10-8 round. Usyk then was in control because Fury was scared of throwing and leaving himself open after nearly behind sparked out. Split decision was the correct call and the right man won.

I don’t really think Usyk can go down as one of the best “heavyweight’s” of his generation. How can someone with 6 heavyweight fights be the best of his generation, where is the longevity at the weight, he’s beaten AJ twice and a very close fight with Fury.
Hasn’t fought half of the top 10. All respect to Usyk, one of the greatest for sure but best heavyweight of the generation is a stretch.
Styles make fights, AJ didn’t want to engage or get hurt, Fury left it all out there and came up a little short.
I’d like to see him in against other top heavyweights before classing him the greatest
