Kody forfeits his claim to coyote pass money & keeps the mansion. There are also 4 areas of land Kody owns next to the mansion. Kody so deserves his comupence big time. I would really like someone to explain to me how Sobbyn has sacrificed for the family? Kody has said this on several different occasions and no one has explained this. I just want to know what these sacrifices are. Please someone explain this to me. All I have ever seen is Sobbyn taking, taking and taking more from the family than any other wives time 20.
Robyn has satisfied her husband, Kody, in the bedroom & has twisted his mind & bent him to get her needs (excessive shopping) & wants met at every corner. So Kody is codependent on Robyn. He said no one will separate him from Robyn. Great Kody but Robyn could decide to divorce you if you stop her supply of money to buy more stuff.
I have also seen that Coyote Pass is not zoned for single family primary residences. If that is true that would explain why they have never built out there. Also explains his extreme disappointment over the fail of the one home.
The one big home was not zoned on Coyote Pass. That was drama crap. Only short term vacation type buildings can be built. Kody does not have money to bring the needed infrastructure to build anything. Sell the land or it will be lost due to not paying property taxes.

By now, I think everyone realizes that nothing is ever going to happen over at Coyote Pass. I am starting to think the whole Coyote Pass storyline was financed by TLC for storyline content, similar to the SWC jewelry line.

Their financies doesn't interest me one bit. Bad credit vs getting out alive and relatively well from an abusive relationship is my thinking here. The wifes that left all have a roof over their heads and food on their tables, right!? Sometimes the prize you pay in real or precived moneyloss is nothing compared to the lessons you've hopefully learned and all the years of peace, joy and balance you still have left living without an evil narcissistic a-hole for a spouse. Let karma come knocking on the mansiondoor in due time. I know it can be hard to wait but karma always finds it's way sooner or later :)
They were in bad financial states by the time they moved because they were not paid off on the loans they were in debt and then he wanted them all four to buy homes plus the land and build on it
That is called Kody's inability to have any kind of financial savvy with money he & Robyn squander on shopping. He needs someone giving him direction on how to be financially responsible. That will never happen. Kody don't take advice. And he & his princess will be going broke. He is in his mid 50's. Bet he has no retirement funds. Janelle gutted her 401K so he could buy Robyn a house. What a mess it all his. Kody must have thought his (un)reality show would be bank forever.
I couldn’t figure out how they got mortgages on Christine’s, Robyn’s houses and Coyote Pass when they already had 4 mortgages on the houses in las Vegas, that’s a huge amount of debt especially when they had trouble selling the 4 houses.
