Personal thank you to the People of Scotland. Recent visit to Elgin my daughter and family was involved in a car crash. The guys who stopped to help in Dallas near Kellas was a Credit to Scotland and the Elgin Hospital was absolutely first class. They looked after everyone and thankfully all well and good now. Thank You.
I'm a Scot of 60+ years and every time I hear the pipes play brings tears ....don't know why but they make the Scots proud to be Scottish Love from BRLFAST 0
As a bagpiper myself, I never grow tired of listening to them. What a magnificent, difficult and other worldly instrument it is. I've been playing for 20 years and I still am learning.

I support the union too, but I can still acknowledge it was the union the that destroyed the proud highland way of life with proscription, genocide and highland clearances, if you were at Culloden back in the day would you have fought with the unionist government forces or the highland men, strange hash tag mate ?
The Jocks have something we English don't have, Men in Skirts 🤣, I love the sound of the pipes and drums and I was married to a jockess for twenty years, the mind boggles
Isn't there supposed to be a guy in a bearskin hat leading a tiny little horse? Where do they get the bear skins for the hats, anyway? Is there an official government guy who goes around shooting bears and bringing back their skins? I'm so confused...

God bless you Margaret. Australian of Scottish heritage. I feel exactly the same.
Such a beautiful, stirring and emotional sound!
My family left Scotland in 1744 to go to the new world of America. When back several times and loved it. Thanks.
I was a drummer in a pipe band for 7 years. Mass bands are amazing, even when playing in one!
