Millennial Parenting

As a millennial mom raising a GenZ kid.. this is something I’ve implemented in my home..
I want my daughter to know before I am a mother, I am a woman first and I get it.
I authorize mental health days (usually 2 a month) and menstrual days..
Our kids deal with a lot more than we did as kids.. and social media isn’t helpful in their upbringing.
