The annual migration of mullet also known as the "Mullet Run" is underway. This leads to some awesome fishing, but my favorite part is just watching the predator fish go crazy while chasing all the mullet.
We headed out on @CaptMattBudd 's 25' Key West Bay Boat and had fun catching some nice Snook.

Its crazy the types of different fish we have all over FL im.in Jacksonville but yall boys got us beat in my opinion only because of the numbers of snook we barely ever catch them but a 2 pounder is a trophy here lol
I think central florida is the best area. Best variety of fish close to shore for sure.

The reason that ray was jumping was because that bullshark wanted to eat the ray at first until he saw one of your guys distressed fish

Love the mullet run a none stop action all fish species come together, I have caught bluefish, ladyfish,huge mangrove snapper, barracuda, yellow jack, jack cravelle etc, o man whish this was all year round and this was on a pier.

Im in Floridana beach for a month and I want to catch one snook. This is my goal. Now where do I start?!?
You can try around the inlet or go in the river and wade along the mangroves. Both can be very productive.
I got a SUP, I’ll try the ramp near honest johns maybe. I’m trying to surf fish but I can’t cast against the wind.
Any charter people or guides that you would recommend? I think I need a crash course.
