Some people should not reproduce. Too many children having babies thinking it's cool or will help them be seen as mature because only a woman could reproduce. I think it is a prudent idea, If you cannot emotionally mentally physically and most importantly financially afford a baby then NO you should not be able to bring a baby into the world.
