Really love your work, really love the synthwave... but the drum lines .... is the same for all tracks ... Other artists have the same take on the drums.... i really want to listen to synthwave but same drum like on ALL synthwave songs is killing me slowly....my brain gets slowly fried. TBH i don't think synthwave needs drums.
I know what you mean. But sadly i'm not good on programming drums (let alone playing them), so i keep coming back to the same patterns.
You might not hear it, but on this album i did SOME experimenting with the kick patterns, plus i've added hihats to more song than ever before. 😅
