Ace coming with a new cover just as the year end grind starts setting in, and what a cover Surprisingly, I’m keeping this one short!(by my standard anyway) It’s nice to see all the old faces back together as well as with the non vocalists singing along as well, and for a group to have come so far the song is a perfect fit and the lyrics were masterfully translated to really convey that feeling of looking back at the road you’ve travelled. The sub unit photos and the montage of projects was an excellent touch. And once again it sounds like heaven’s choir of angels in full jubilant chorus so classic ace, absolutely a joy to listen and witness as always. (If we’re taking a moment THAT SLOW PRECHORUS IS CHILLS AND THE CHORUS IS JUST A FLOOD OF EMOTION) There’s never a reason to regret being along for the ride, but I’ve already told you that before. I’m blown away by the talent and the exquisitely finished covers every time. I’ll be counting down the days until I figure out how to give something back to all the inspiration you’ve given. I’m not tempting fate but if it all stopped here it’s been a run that deserves all the praise you’ve gotten and more, and the best part is I know all of you are nowhere near done. Here’s to Ace - one to you, one to you and one more to you. And many more too (And one to c.a.l. for the old joke)
Finally got a chance to listen to this my heart is full :') ♡♡ Kiseki Hikaru is one of my all time favorite Aqours songs and you guys interpreted it SO beautifully, literal tears in my eyes in the first phrase of the second verse, AND THE REFERENCES TO OTHER LL! SONGS! MY EYES ARE A RIVER NOW THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL COVERS ACE ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
