- ATV Cross Country Racing in Michigan's MOXC Round 1 "Four Point" on April 20th 2024.
The video is primarily POV from Rider #98 on a 1998 4mil Yamaha Banshee in Vintage Class.
In this race you will witness a fun battle with Racer #878 on his Honda TRX250R while also battling engine performance issues.

That was me at 29:32 lol. About 30 feet behind was a tree that had a chunk missing if any racers saw it, well the tree right behind that I either clipped it or a root or something and whiskey throttled, did a backflip off the quad and the quad landed on that tree and ripped a chunk out of it. Then when I got back on , I clipped a second tree and got stuck sideways at that timestamp, front wheel in a rut, and rear axle buried to the frame lmao
I remember thinking when I passed you "how on earth did he manage to end up in that position ...."
Glad you didn't get hurt though.
That was the Bobby Johnson mile... Off camber and a little tight.
Last year we rode it in the opposite direction. I think it was harder last year.
@@YerzengaPerformance that was my first race. I think I ran out of talent thru that stretch . nothing broke that I was aware of but the top/inner part of my hand was feeling it from mashing into the top of the throttle box
@@jacobroom5775 Last years Round 1 at Camp Deer Trails was my first ever XC too. And I too caught a few trees and got the bars ripped out of my hands once or twice.
So, you're not alone my friend. It was cool to see even more quads out there compared to the year before. Even with the snow and cold weather.
Good job out there. Did you have fun? Even with the few accidents?
Did you race in round 2 at Lincoln?
@@YerzengaPerformance yeah I still had a good time. Unfortunately I wasn't at round 2 or any of the d14 races but will try to make it to some of the next races
@@jacobroom5775 I don't recall the face that goes with your quad. So next race, please track me down and say high.
