I love when the nunchucks were used on the bad guys. Killed them quickly and effectively. Too bad it couldn't be used throughout the game. The funniest part of the video was when the punching bags were used....so hilarious lol!!!

This means that they could theoretically win every jackpot, create glitches no human could, and generally speaking destroy games. What you're looking at is another league of speedrun altogether, where progress is made in miliseconds rather than seconds or minutes.
Tool Assisted means they play the game at extremely slow speeds, manipulate glitches, and re-record the same thing over and over in order to get the fastest run possible, usually taking no damage or only damage/death that serves a purpose.
You'll move faster by not jumping up all the damn time. Ever wonder why track competitors run the sprints much faster than the hurdles? It's because their feet are consistently in contact with the ground. 2+2

Great game, but so slow on snes... change the video speed to 1.25, that's the ideal speed for this game.
