thanks mate. i had been trying to access my dvr through 3g for the past one year without any success, even though i was able to access it internally using the same wifi network.now i am able to access the dvr in my mobile. thanks a lot.
I also get "Login timeout". Any solutions?

how can I view the dvr outside my office using my mobile network in it
Really appreciate your assistance. I have a question, what if i m far away from the wifi which is connected to DVR, can i view the cameras using data connection from any other location far away from the cameras location. I used NP View and it worked well but since a couple of weeks the viewing is only possible when i m connected to the same wifi. i wish to view cameras when i am away from work but wish to see the surrounding. Kindly reply
We can't really speak to other software platforms, but generally you would need a seperate device entry in your software with the public address you receive from your ISP. Static IPs are more reliable, otherwise you will have to manually update your dynamic address in your app whenever your ISP changes your address or use a DDNS server to change that address for you. Generally this method will also require port forwarding to keep your ISP routers internal firewall from blocking traffic between your recorder and the internet- for steps on how to do that with systems bought from Security Camera King please watch this video here: ruclips.net/video/GO69OCLDmEg/видео.html (this might be useful even if you didn't purchase your dvr from us, at least to put you on the correct path)

for external connection mustit be 4G OR 3G CAN WORK?
Denis Tumaini 3G will be painfully slow. It will crawl where it looks like it takes a still picture every 5-10 seconds. 4G will give you better video.

It is so simple, but it doesn't go with my system.
I have a NVR and when I turn off my Wifi on my phone and connect to 4gLTE I can't access nothing on my phone...meaning I can't view any of my cameras anywhere in the world!! Thats fked up for me!!

Looks painfully simple but I get prompted for "SN". No description of what that might be so I assume serial number? Enter everything and leave NO detail missed and BAM!!!! LOGIN TIMEOUT. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. GARBAGE APP.

scattycrank I love your attitude. The tcp port hast to be the same you set up in your dvr. Usually you have to use 9000 for mobile viewer. But has to be set in your dvr and your smarthphone to work. Another seen you have to do is to put your private ip address on top of your application. To find your private ip, yo should be connected in a computer in same lan as your DVR and go to www.myipaddress.com, and they will answer with your private ip....Something like 188.25.65.224 ex. If you are still in troubles, just let me know.
