- Welcome back!! In this video we fit arguably the most aggressive rear diffuser to the fiesta. This was a difficult job doing this alone so I would suggest to get someone to give a helping hand. Hi there , i just fitted in same Maxton diffuser as yours and i found is more easier to trim an L shape on each corner of the diffuser that goes under the bumper , in that way noting is visible and u don't have to cut the bats or the exhaust hole
Nice. 1 Jc ...put the maxton on my st few months back ..also already had the trc spats already on , fitted mine the same way as you , 😂..defo need a fair bit of patience to fit the maxton they r a ball ache to fit for sure ..plus a flippin pain the trc spats need a bit of trimming , maxton spats r a straight fit ..good to see some one actually put a vid up of how to fit one properly as there’s f all on RUclips for reference ...look forward to the next vid 😎😎...
Yeah man they do look sick but as you said, a bloody ball ache to fit 😂😂 thought I'd just show the people as there's nothing online so thought it would help. Cheers fella 👍

Love my Maxton Diffuser now it's on the freshly painted car.
Just need the side extensions and rear spats to finish it off. Might remove the rear Rally Flapz when I do as don't like the look of them but keep the fronts for practicality
Yeah man. I do love the mudflaps to though. Rears do serve a purpose too just maybe not as noticeable. Do love the freshly painted areas you had done 🔥

Looking good. Really like that brake light you added on there also. Was thinking of the rear diffuser you had but it has the exhaust cut out which zetec s diffuser doesn't have

@@Jmncarter I think later on get a bigger exhaust tip 👍. If you do get a custom exhaust best getting that done also
@@zaink7037 yeah mate, hoping in the next few months I will go custom. Dual exit with 4.5 inch tips. Should fill the exhaust cut outs on the new diffuser nicely
mine is a ford fiesta zetec s as well and what ive done i just cut out the old diffuser for exhaust tip to come out and then i just add the maxton diffuser on top of it , as for exaust i got a cat back miltek exhaust , and as a reference buy only the back exhaust , NOT the front as it does not fit , the miltek front pipe and manifold is specificaly for st150 , wich me i bought them all and now it sit in my garage bcz i couldnt fit them on , hopefully i can sell it to a an st150 owner , good luck

Looks sick mate. What size tips do yoy have in mind of going for? 3” inward rolled maybe 4” would look good

I struggled to fit my Maxton rear diffuser on my st my don't fit flush with the bumper at the sides but its fitted

gonna do this mod to my fiesta st, but did you have any problem with the diffuser having contact with the original one? so it bonds correctly? looks MEGA!
Did it stay in with the tiger seal?

Great video mate. Im currently trying to fit one to my st too. Did u take the honeycomb section off and leave it off when fitting the maxxton?? Im like you thought it was going to be easier then it is
Isn't too bad but just would be easier with another pair of hands. I removed the honeycomb yes mate 👍 hope it all goes well!

The ST is really coming on nicely Jason. Are you still doing the LED conversion for the interior buttons and switches? If you are how do I go about ordering some?

Leave the old one in place to give support and more strength

That break light is pointless, I would be popping the light out and using the hole as a centre exit exhaust

yes it does , i just fit mine on my ford fiesta zetec s , only thing is that as u saw on his video u might need a bit of trimming but overall it does fit nice and looks awsome

Would it be easier if you took the whole bumper off...
Probs not mate as the bumper is probs a slightly different shape once in as it flexes. This may weaken the bond or make it not fit flush
@@Jmncarter i have the mk6. 5 rear bumper more rounded does a dufuser fit... Or a forced fit
