I used to sing that song in a band years ago and have always wanted to play it on my acoustic. Don't do bar chords yet so your second version with a capo is a major help for me to be able to do that song. Thank you so much great

Luckily the official video for Rain on the scarecrow is in my recommended from watching this tutorial, and upon watching it. John's guitar has a capo. When they pull back on him playing in the barn on the haybale, you can see it.

Try playing the capo style without a capo on a 12er. And hit the 3 bass string sets for Em. The G hit the middle 3 strings. And full D chord. The chorus I full strum. Sounds sick.

I used to sing that song in a band years ago and have always wanted to play it on my acoustic. Don't do bar chords yet so your second version with a capo is a major help for me to be able to do that song. Thank you so much great

You by far the best teacher I’ve seen on the net. I prefer to play without the capo, although I still working on speed between changes from bar chords

Luckily the official video for Rain on the scarecrow is in my recommended from watching this tutorial, and upon watching it. John's guitar has a capo. When they pull back on him playing in the barn on the haybale, you can see it.

Try playing the capo style without a capo on a 12er. And hit the 3 bass string sets for Em. The G hit the middle 3 strings. And full D chord. The chorus I full strum. Sounds sick.

I use for many of my videos when I am recording via my DAW a Steinberg UR22 interface - its great and has a lot of great features and very good preamps in it - I did a video on all you need to set up your DAW and I discuss the interface - that vid is on my other channel - check that out here and let me know how u like it - here is part 1 - ruclips.net/video/dg_ARAJEeHA/видео.html - As far as rock guitar tones when running thru the computer there are a lot of great plugins on the market today.
